{"id":761,"date":"2025-09-25T17:45:00","date_gmt":"2025-09-25T15:45:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vasaloppet.se\/en\/?post_type=news&#038;p=761"},"modified":"2025-12-09T17:19:13","modified_gmt":"2025-12-09T16:19:13","slug":"compete-to-win-signed-madshus-skis","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/vasaloppet.se\/en\/news\/compete-to-win-signed-madshus-skis\/","title":{"rendered":"Compete to win signed Madshus skis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"\">Madshus is a historic company, founded back in 1906 \u2013 sixteen years before the very first Vasaloppet in 1922 \u2013 and a long-time official partner of Vasaloppet.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"\">\u201cWe are, of course, very proud and delighted that this year\u2019s Vasaloppet winner skis on Madshus skis, and with this competition we want to celebrate Alvar once again for his fantastic achievement,\u201d says John Vikman, CEO of Madshus Sweden.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"\">Alvar Myhlback has signed five pairs of Madshus skis, model Redline DP2, the very same model that the youngest ever Vasaloppet champion used in Vasaloppet 2025.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"\">\u201cWe are giving more people the chance to ski Vasaloppet on March 1, 2026, on Alvar\u2019s favourite skis. Everyone registered for the race can enter the competition.
