The table for approved seeding races will be based as follows (Note that this only applies to Swedish Långloppscupen, check the seeding table for other races):
Group 1, winner’s time + 8 %
Group 2, winner’s time + 15 %
Group 3, winner’s time + 25 %
The times in the seeding table are maximum time for each start group. The table will be updated on the Tuesday after each race, at the latest.
