    Premiere of Vasaloppet Bike Festival during Cykelvasan 2024

    Cykelvasan is Vasaloppet on wheels. On Friday and Saturday, August 9–10, participants can choose between five different cycling races in the Vasaloppet Arena. Additionally, it’s the premiere of the Vasaloppet Bike Festival, which runs throughout the week in Lindvallen, Sälen, with exhibitors from the cycling industry, spectacular shows, social rides with various cycling profiles, and not least the Vasaloppet Bike Party. In total, there are over 30 fun activities to choose from for the whole family.

    Quick guide to Vasaloppet's Summer Week 2024 – ten races to choose from

    Vasaloppet's Summer Week 2024 will be held in August, featuring ten different races spread over two weekends in the Vasaloppet Arena. The first weekend, August 9–10, will focus on cycling, while the second weekend, August 16–17, will be dedicated to running. There are three different start locations, but all races finish under the Vasaloppet finish line portal at the belfry in Mora. In addition to these races, there will be the Barnens Vasalopp children's race for participants aged 3–10, as well as Hemmavasan for those who wish to participate on their home turf.     Fantastic achievements from the Vasaloppet Winter Week 2024

    Yet another Winter Week has come to an end. Weather conditions caused occasional challenges for both participants and organizers, but with hard work and determination from both the skiers and the functionaries around them, over 50,000 participants crossed the finish line under the classic finish portal in Mora.     Facts, statistics, news and trivia ahead of Vasaloppet 2024

    The 100th Vasaloppet! The start is in Sälen on Sunday, March 3 at 08:00. Millions of TV viewers worldwide can follow the race, which was fully booked already in March 2023.     Kati Roivas won Tjejvasan 2024

    Tjejvasan 2024 took place this Saturday with a 30 km long-distance race in classic technique from Oxberg to Mora, Sweden. After a fast race from the start and a morning full of action, the 30-kilometer-long Ski Classics Challengers event saw Kati Roivas, Team Eksjöhus, winning Tjejvasan with outstanding performance and a sprint finish. With the victory, Roivas becomes the first Finnish skier to win the traditional Swedish event.
