Abort the race

If you break off your race, you must seek out a break off bus at the nearest checkpoint. Functionaries will take your chip, report that you’ve ended your race and arrange transport to the finish in Mora.

Medical staff is available at the start and at the finish. The rest of the course is staffed by mobile medical teams. Functionaries from rescue and medical services have the right to remove participants from the track if there is reason to do so.

If a participant in a team chooses to break off their race, the other participant can complete the race by restarting at the next section and run on, though without competing. Participants will still get times for their sections.
