Loyalty program is introduced for Cykelvasan 2016

Are you included in the loyalty program?

Participants who have completed Cykelvasan 90 or Cykelvasan Öppet Spår at least three times in the past six years (one race per year counts) will have priority and a guaranteed place in Cykelvasan 90 2016. This group is calculated to reach a maximum of 6,200 participants out of the total 13,000.

All participants who fulfil these loyalty requirements can register between Monday September 14 and Wednesday September 16. Register and pay, using card or direct payment via internet bank, by logging in to ”My Pages” on the site. You need no code to register; the system detects who is eligible.

Registration for other participants

All registrations for Vasaloppet’s Summer Week 2016 is made through a temporary page at vasaloppet.se, which will be available on the morning of Sunday September 20. Our special pre-booking system will be used for Cykelvasan 90, as it has been for several years. Registration for other races can also be made via the temporary registration page during the Sunday, though these do not use the pre-booking system.

Pre-booking system for cykelvasan 90

1) Pre-book a start place

When pre-booking opens you will be met by a new temporary registration page on vasaloppet.se. Click the box that says REGISTRATION FOR CYKELVASAN 90 and specify in which country you are a registered resident. Then input the following information: First name, Family name, Date of birth (YYMMDD) and Email.

You will receive a confirmation email after successful pre-booking. Pre-booking will close when the race has reached its maximum number of participants. It will also be possible to sign up for a reserve list if the race fills up quickly.

2) Complete your registration

Vasaloppet sends out registration codes via email to everyone who has pre-booked a start position in the race. The codes are sent out when the race is fully booked, though no sooner than September 21, 2015. Each code is valid for a limited number of days. When you have received your code you can register at vasaloppet.se by logging in to ”My Pages” and completing your registration, using code and payment.

NOTE! If you have pre-booked but not received an email, please check your spam mail folder. Depending on your email client there is a risk that our mail is caught in your spam filter (be particularly aware of this if you use Google Gmail or Microsoft Hotmail).

Registration for other summer races 2016

Click the box that says ”REGISTRATION FOR OTHER SUMMER RACES 2016”. Then log in to ”My Pages” and complete your registration and payment using card or direct payment via internet bank.

To ensure a safe flow for everyone we may, at this point, activate an automatic queuing system. You will then retain your place in the registration queue and soon proceed to registration and payment. Do not refresh the page during your wait; you will be moved forward automatically.

Important – We only accept individual registrations (no groups). Payment can only be made through the website (card or direct payment via internet bank); we do not send invoices.
