Report from the Arena
The snow has come and gone along the whole Vasaloppet Arena during the start of the winter and we now have a skiable area of about 2.5 kilometres around Mora Ski Stadium.
The ground on the marshes has begun to freeze and certain areas are already packed to create the best possible base for the upcoming snow. Our snow factory in Oxberg has so far produced 23,000 m³ compared to 5,000 m³ at the same time last year. You can follow our snow production directly here at vasaloppet.se
