Ski trails ready between Sälen and Mora
After snowfall, persistent cold and intensive work, we can, this weekend, present the news that the whole Vasaloppet course is groomed and ready for use.
The Sälen–Vasslan section has been packed and prepared using sledges while the rest of the trail was prepared with snowcats this Friday night. This means that the Halvvasan stretch is also ready, which makes it possible for Moraloppet to run on its regular stretch this Saturday. The last 12 kilometres to Mora has a foundation of artificial snow while the rest consists of natural snow. Currently there are no tracks laid between Mora Parken and the Zorn Museum.
