Sven von Holst Acting CEO of Vasaloppet
Sven von Holst will be Acting CEO of Vasaloppet until the recruitment of Anders Selling's successor is completed.
Vasaloppet’s CEO Anders Selling announced his resignation before the summer and his employment ended on August 31. Until a new CEO is instated, Sven von Holst will step in as Acting CEO from September 1 and on. Sven von Holst is chairman of Vasaloppet Marknads AB and was CEO of the Nordic World Ski Championships in Falun 2010 to 2015. He is also active on several other boards.
Vasaloppet boards are working with Adecco in the recruitment of a new CEO. The objective is that the boards should make a decision and appoint a new CEO at the end of September.
